Modifications in the Operational Guidelines for the Schemes of National Horticulture Board<\/p>\n

In partial modification to the previous instructions and Office Orders on the above subject, with the approval of Managing Committee of National Horticulture Board<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, it has been decided to effect following changes in the Operational Guidelines for the Schemes of NHB with immediate effect<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. I) Revised Cost of Application<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The revised cost of application under the back ended capital investment subsidy Schemes of NHB with immediate effect would be as under:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    Il) \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Allowing sanction of Term Loan within 03 months prior to date of online application for IPA under NHB Schemes<\/p>\n

    The applicant(s) who have got the Term Loan sanctioned for their proposed projects from FIs\/Banks within 03 months prior to date of online application for In-Principle Approval (IPA) will be considered eligible under the NHB Schemes. However, no disbursement of Term Loan is allowed before issue of IPA by NHB and any disbursement of Term Loan before issue of IPA by NHB will lead to rejection of IPA application. Such cases may be considered simultaneously for IPA and Grant of Clearance (GoC) subject to fulfillment of Scheme Guidelines.<\/p>\n

    Ill) Allowing start of preliminary project work after submitting online IPA application using applicant’s margin money<\/p>\n

    The following preliminary project works would be permitted by using applicant’s margin money after online application for IPA :-<\/p>\n

    i) Land leveling and digging of pits<\/p>\n

    ii) Compound wall\/ fencing with gate<\/p>\n

    iii) Tube well\/bore well as a part of project<\/p>\n

    iv) Root stock plantation with drip in case of grape plantations<\/p>\n

    IV) Cut-off date for considering the minimum lease period of 10 years for projects on leased land.<\/p>\n

    In case of projects on leased land, minimum lease period of 10 years will be accepted even if the lease deed was executed with one year prior to the date of online IPA application<\/p>\n

    \n3. Accounts Officer NHB
    \n4. DD (IT) for uploading on the Website of NHB in Public Circular and Internal Circular
