Subject:<\/strong> Inclusion of Ports of Import in continuation to Notification 20\/2015-20 dated 24.08.2021.<\/p>\n

S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of FT(D&R) Act, 1992 and paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the provision in Para 3 of Notification no. 20\/2015-20 dated 24th <\/sup>August 2021 as under —<\/p>\n

The following (3) ports are included in addition to the existing (2) ports of Nhava Sheva<\/p>\n

(INNSAI) \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 and LCS Petrapole (INPTPB) –<\/p>\n

  1. Mumbai Sea Port (INBOMI)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Tuticorin Sea Port (INTUTI) iii. Vishakhapatnam Sea Port (INVTZI)<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. All other conditions as mandated under Notification 20\/2015-20 dated 24th <\/sup>August 2021 shall continue to apply.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Effect of the Notification: The ports of Mumbai Sea Port (INBOMI), Tuticorin Sea Port (INTUT 1), Vishakhapatnam Sea Port (INVTZI) have been additionally included for allowing imports as under Notification 20\/2015-20 dated 24.082021.<\/p>\n
