If the piece of ground is agricultural land then NALA (Non- Agricultural Lands Assessment Act) conversion will be applied. As per the NALA Act, a piece of land can be converted for non-agriculture practices only if it receives approval from the side of respective authorities. NALA was introduced in the year 1963. NALA act is not applicable on lands that are in estates and not under the government.
3. After this, the owner must submit the civil drawings. Civil drawings are basically the drawings of the site that exhibits information about landscaping, grading, and other details of the site. These drawings will give an overview of the site. The civil drawings will provide a clear picture of all things that are available on the site.
4. Then, the next step is to tell about the civil estimation of the site. Civil estimation is all about the stats and numbers of the site. Here you must describe the total cost per unit of each item that’s available on the site.
5. Now, you will have to prepare a project report which will include all basic details such as the title of the project, brief introduction of the project, the main aim of the project, the total budget of the project, management plan, highlight of the report, etc. It will be like a short summary of your project.
6. Therefore, you need to apply for the required permissions like drawings permissions and NOC certificates from Local Bodies.
